These water- soluble color wax pastels are suitable for numerous artistic techniques on a wide range of materials.
 
Neocolor II Crayons are softer than colored pencils denser than children's wax crayons and extremely responsive to a wet brush. Wet and dry techniques can be combined in the same drawing.
 
Very easy to use either with a paintbrush or even with a babywipe. Neo Colours have a sort of waxy consistency and can either be picked up directly on a paintbrush or applied straight to the page and then a babywipe wiped across it to smooth the colour out and even blend them together.
